Shipping & Exchange Policy


Shipping

Once an order has been placed, Privy Hair Boutique orders are then processed for payment and preparation.  Orders are then shipped out via USPS standard shipping. The overall expected delivery times after an order is placed can take 3-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays on domestic orders.  International orders can take up to  (5-15) business days excluding weekends and holidays.  Orders placed after 3pm EST, will be marked for processing the following business day.  

Express Shipping is available via UPS and FedEx.  This is for domestic orders only and not available for International customers..  All overnight shipping requests MUST be made prior to 12 PM et and prior to placing your order online. Overnight shipping requests can email us at privyhair@gmail.com

Returns & Exchanges

We have a NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND policy. 

If a shipment is returned due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

 

Cancellations for any orders must be made within 24 hours of your purchase for a REFUND

If you wish to CANCEL an order please contact us via phone or email immediately to cancel an order. Once the shipment has left our location we no longer can cancel your order.
